Treasurer: Johann turned over all paperwork and explained all the doings with the accounts.

Dave Harrison will update National office of board changes

The board authorized Walter to get accounting software.

Membership: May 663 members and holding steady

SEC: October Show and Shine at Bavauto has been canceled, Trying to regroup and come back in 2016.
